Seasonal Rates

2025 Site fees starting at $3,675 and are ALL INCLUSIVE!

• Includes hydro, water, weekly 40 gallon pump outs, winter storage, park activities and events!
• Upgraded sites available
• Site holding fee ($500) is due upon reserving your site of preference
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Rates include 2 Adults and 3 children under the age of 16
• Remainder of 2025 site fees are due prior to occupying your site

Monthly Rates

• May $749 + hst
• June $949 + hst
• July $1249 + hst
• August $1249 + hst
• September $849 + hst
• October $449 + hst

Nightly/Short-Term Rates (Rates include 2 Adults and 3 children under the age of 16)

• Extra Person age 16 & over is $12.00 each.
• Boat launch & dock space (if available) is $20 per night

Pull-Thru Trailer/RV

$70/night + hst

• 30 AMP Hydro
• Water
• No tents on pull-thru sites
• Price includes up to 2 adults, and up to 3 children under the age of 16

Off-Grid Bunkies

$65/night + hst

• Steps away from our bathrooms with coin operated showers
• BYOB: Bring Your Own Bed (air mattress, sleeping bag, etc.)
• Price includes up to 2 adults, and up to 3 children under the age of 16
- BBQ, picnic table and firepit are provided


Additional Information

       Check-In & Check-Out

  • We welcome you on site any time after 12pm. Check-in time will be no later than 8 pm. Should your site not be ready upon arrival, you are welcome to park in the overflow parking area and enjoy your day at the campground. Check out time is 11:00 am on the day of your departure.

  • Please see us if you would like to extend your stay (subject to availability and a fee). 

  • Please note that there is no checking-in or checking-out on Saturdays unless written permission from management.


    Group Reservations

  • Group and club reservations are welcomed, please call for further information.

    Payments

  • Credit/Debit (please note there is a 3% convenience fee for online credit card/debit payments). To make arrangements for e-transfer or in-person payments please contact our staff to make arrangements.

  • E-Transfer to info@grahamlakeoasis.com

  • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

    Cancellations

  • Refunds will not be issued for inclement weather or conditions beyond our control. Deposits are NOT refundable.

    Pets

  • Well behaved pets are welcome but must remain on leashes at all times. Please clean up after pets.

  • We offer an off-leash dog park (all pet owners must complete and sign a off-Leash dog park Waiver - click here to download).

  • All dogs must have their rabies vaccines and we strongly suggest their heartworm medication

  • Please speak with our staff for further details.
