Administrative and Event Info

To summarize some info and for ease of reference here are some key points:

• Invoices recently sent out reflect the current balance with the new name, Graham Lake Oasis

• Any and all payments made prior to the name change, which was February 7th, were reflected on your Lucky Loon invoices. We did it this way due to the limitations of the back office program that was already in place for the past many years.

• All e-transfers are to be sent to info@grahamlakeoasis.com and should not require a password.

• Please include your site number in the message field of your e-transfer

• Site numbers beyond 55 were not a true reflection of the number of sites and so as discussed, they do now. For example, when I bought the park, site 74 was being used by 73 and 75, 92 through to 97 were where our visitor parking is and when Sunset Blvd was redesigned at the end of 2023 I removed a site so as to create more spacious sites. There was no site 7 as that is where an old washroom (now firewood storage) is. So I have now given that location the number 7 so as to not have to change every site number in the park past site 6.

• Please visit the park map page on our website for the site numbers.

• People have requested to know which sites are classified as what and so the map has colour coding along with a legend for ease of reference.

• We have received questions about the check box on the LOOs regarding naming the park as co-insured on your trailer policy. For those long standing occupants of the park dating back for the years prior to my ownership, please note that that was on the LOO before. It is not something that I have added. If the park is not named as a co-insured then simply check no.

• Boat slips and other invoices will be sent closer to opening day.

• The car show that is planned is going to be open to the public event and car enthusiasts from the entire province will be invited to showcase their cars. If anyone within our occupants owns a nice vehicle that they would like to showcase then of course they are invited to do so any day, especially this day. For those that are not into car shows, there will be other activities planned for that day as well. We are still in the infancy stages of this event and look forward to sharing more details as we get closer to the date.
